Sandhills PCN, based in Bedfordshire, is formed of two GP practices: Saffron Health Partnership and Sandy Health Centre and we serve a population of approximately 30,000 patients.
With demand for health and care services increasing as we get older, GP practices across the country are working together to provide their local communities with a resilient and high-quality healthcare service. Facilitating this joint working in our community is the Sandhills Primary Care Network.
Your GP practice will still be operating independently and work alongside the other practice to deliver care.
How the PCN works:
The PCN aims to continue to improve the quality of care that we provide to match the needs of our local patient population.
Local NHS services
The PCN works in partnership with local and NHS service providers and groups.
